INSTRUCTIONS:

Three parts supplied (1) Extension, (2) Spline extension (3) Screw and Washer. Fit extension (1) over the spindle and screw onto head part where the bell cover sleeve came off. Refit sleeve, flange
and bell cover. Slide Spindle extension (2) over existing spindle through bell cover. Refit handle using long screw and washer. (3)
